It's important that our members know how to perform the foundational exercises (squat, bench, press, and deadlift) proficiently and safely. If we determine that your technique does not meet our basic standards, or we feel you are at risk of injuring yourself, others or damaging the equipment, we may require you to work with one of our coaches.
