Try two introductory sessions at HS&C and see what we're all about!
Your first two sessions at HS&C will include a brief consultation to discuss your specific goals and outline how our program can help you reach them. From there, we'll get you under the barbell and teach you to correctly perform the squat and overhead press - two of the "big four" exercises that form the foundation of our training program.
