My goal is to help as many guys as possible build strong, lean, healthy bodies. Learning to lift weights correctly and safely is an important part of that process, but I understand that paying for coaching isn’t always possible. That’s why I created Form-Check Friday, where each week, I provide free form checks to the HORNSTRENGTH Reddit community. If you need some help dialing in your technique, head over to r/hornstrength and post a link to your video or see the other options below.

*Form checks are done on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions open every Wednesday morning. I typically get to about 5–7 form checks per week.

  • Angle 1: Shoot from 45 degrees to the rear with the camera around hip height.

    Angle 2: Shoot from directly behind with the camera around hip height.

  • Shoot from 45 degrees to the rear with the camera between hip and chest height.

  • Shoot from 45 degrees to your feet with the camera around hip height.

  • Shoot from 45 degrees to the front with the camera around hip height.

Get a detailed critique of your lifts with a video form-check. Just upload a recent video, and within 48 hours, you'll receive a coach-narrated screen recording analyzing your technique, identifying errors, and providing practical tips, cues, and drills to help you iron out your “iron issues.”
